About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Secondary Market Real Estate Agent to join our elite team at Luxury Properties Hub. In this role, you will focus on the resale market — connecting buyers and sellers of premium properties, managing negotiations, and delivering a seamless, luxury experience at every touchpoint.
As a Secondary Agent, you will collaborate closely with marketing, lead generation, and client relations teams to ensure qualified leads, exceptional service, and successful closings. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where professionalism, negotiation skills, and market knowledge are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified buyer and seller leads through personalized follow-up and expert guidance.
- Conduct property viewings and virtual tours for secondary (resale) properties.
- Advise clients on current market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring a premium client experience.
- Maintain an updated property portfolio and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market (or similar).
- Proven track record in sales and negotiations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, regulations, and transfer processes.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
