About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Property Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Luxury Properties Hub. In this role, you will connect clients with Dubai’s most prestigious developments, guiding them through every step of their property journey—from inquiry to ownership.
You will collaborate with internal departments including marketing, lead generation, and customer relations to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for every client. This role requires a balance of relationship management, market insight, and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and nurture leads from multiple channels (online campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins).
- Present and promote off-plan and ready properties from top UAE developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, etc.).
- Conduct client consultations to understand needs, budget, and investment goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s property market, new launches, and developer offers.
- Prepare property viewings and negotiate deals that meet both client and company objectives.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role (minimum 1–2 years).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and off-plan segment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
