About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and high-performing Off-Plan Agent to join our team at Luxury Properties Hub. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Dubai’s booming real estate market, representing some of the city’s most prestigious developers and off-plan projects.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with buyers and investors, guiding them through the property acquisition journey, and ensuring a smooth and exceptional client experience. This position requires a sharp sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s off-plan property landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins).
- Present and promote off-plan developments from top UAE developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Azizi, and more).
- Conduct property presentations, investment consultations, and site visits.
- Educate clients on payment plans, project timelines, handover procedures, and investment potential.
- Manage negotiations and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with leads efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate sector (or equivalent sales experience).
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and investment trends.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality.
